I’m Shelley Riutta, the Founder and President of the Global Association of Holistic Psychotherapy (GAHP) and years ago when I first started my Holistic Psychotherapy Practice I was feeling SO overwhelmed by all of the tasks I needed to do to grow my Practice.

I was working so many hours seeing clients and doing all of the tasks I needed to do to create a successful, thriving Practice. I LOVED what I was doing but it was starting to be too much. I was not having enough time to have FUN (which those of you who know me know this is a priority for me) PLUS I didn’t have the time and space to let my creativity flow for new programs to help more clients and really expand my Practice.

Then I remember a comment my Mom had made to me earlier in the year she said, “Honey make sure you get enough help in your Business so it can expand and you can have time for yourself, that was a mistake I made in my business and I got burned out and was never able to grow my business in the way that I wanted.

I remember how hard she worked because of not getting enough support and I realized I was repeating the same pattern. The light bulb in my mind went on big time and I set an intention to hire an assistant. The moment I hired her it was like a huge weight lifted and the Joy level in my life and business skyrocketed practically overnight.

It was after I hired my first assistant, Kristen, that I was able to develop and expand my Practice with Workshops, Tele-Classes and many Programs. I was able to create a very successful 6-Figure Practice AND have lots of time to have FUN with my family and friends. How cool is that.
